Overview Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return Eligibility & Exemptions To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items showing signs of installation, alterations, or heavy wear and tear.
- Custom-cut or customized hardware products.
- Items damaged due to improper handling or installation by the customer.
Exchanges & Damaged Goods We only replace items if they are defective, faulty, or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Refund Process Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa / JazzCash within 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipping charges incurred during original order delivery are non-refundable.
Shipping Returns To return your product, please ship your item to our business address:

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
